How we read websites.
And how to ask us to stop.
What we do
When someone checks a website, we read its public pages from the outside, like a search engine does. We follow the site's own rules about what may be read. We do not sign in or attack anything.
The deeper safety check is different. It runs only on a site the person has proved is theirs.
Ask us to stay away
If you do not want us to read your website, tell us the web address. We keep a list of addresses we do not read.
